3-ply panels 3S KAUFMANN

• These formwork panels are made in large format 2 x 6 m in thicknesses of 21 and 27 mm and then cut to smaller standard sizes.
• Glued laminated surface and medium layers without glued edges and with mainly vertical rings give the concrete a neat appearance
• Solid wood three-ply panel with laminated surface layer, Smooth surface and melamine resin coating according to Austrian standard ON B 3023 Concrete formwork panels.

Wood species: Spruce, fir, mixture of wood species allowed
Moisture content: 12% ± 3% when shipped

27 mm approx. 12.5 kg / m2
21 mm approx. 10 kg / m2

Surface:
– Fully sanded surface.
– Resistant melamine resin coating of approximately 130 g / m² on each side.
-Edge sealing
– Water-repellent varnish on the edges, yellow on large formats and special formats.
– Impregnation of PU edges, red on standard sizes (except 100 x 50 cm).
